DJ Caro is a Brooklyn-based DJ and artist who brings their background in songwriting into their sets, delivering catharsis to dancefloors through narrative-focused selections. As a member of the Bay Area collective STRAPT, they aim to meld the West and East Coast club communities by throwing underground parties in both cities.

Discovering unique sonic harmonies in different genres separates Caro as a tastemaker. Blending East Coast club, breaks, techno and jungle, the selector finds comfort in creating space. For DJ Caro, it’s all about giving the crowd room to breathe and feel something. Their astute intuition and evocative sonic storytelling on the decks are inimitable, placing them on bills with the likes of SOPHIE, Shygirl, Regal86, Machinedrum and Bambii.
