This year, Chocolate Skateboards, one of the most well-known and culturally influential skateboard brands, celebrates its 30th anniversary. Founded in 1994 as an extension of Girl Skateboards, Chocolate quickly developed its own identity by combining high-quality skate products with a strong focus on creativity, diversity and community.

Chocolate was founded to expand Girl Skateboards’ family atmosphere and attract talented skaters. The brand stands out for its visually striking aesthetic, unique designs and support for a diverse group of skaters. Over the years, the team has included legends such as Kenny Anderson, Marc Johnson, Gino Iannucci and Chico Brenes, each contributing to the brand’s unique identity.

As Chocolate Skateboards celebrates its 30th anniversary, the brand remains as relevant and innovative as ever. With a new generation of skaters carrying the torch, Chocolate continues to inspire and stay true to its mission of connecting skateboarding with art, culture and community.
