Hi there, I’m Thonovo and you’re listening to Footsteps, a show full of music to walk to.

This final episode (for now) is all about loud thoughts and the music that helps to alleviate them. I struggle with depression, anxiety and general rumination sometimes. Music has always been a great companion, so I made a song titled Loud Thoughts about this struggle, which I will play later.

I’ve learned that the best way to feel a little better during melancholic or even depressed states of mind, is to feel like you’re not alone. All these songs have helped me in some way to feel understood. I hope this episode can serve as a musical therapy session for you as well.
